Microsoft Viva: Viva Amplify video templates

Microsoft Viva Amplify has announced the launch of new video templates that are specifically tailored to videocentric publications such as meetings or executive messages. These templates include Starter, Training, Recap, and Message templates. The rollout of these new features is expected to begin in early August 2024 for Targeted Release and mid-August 2024 for General Availability. These templates will be accessible to all users with Authoring permissions without any admin action required.

Before this rollout, users had access to only the Blank Newsletter and Event Status Update templates. However, after this update, when creating or accessing a campaign, users will have the option to select from additional templates that have a video icon, indicating that they are videocentric pages. This new feature will allow users to create and highlight videocentric publications with ease, enabling them to better share their story, share their training videos and other content, highlight their event with video content, or broadcast their message and related content.
