Viva Amplify – Required approval

In a move towards compliance, accountability, and better workflows, Microsoft Viva Amplify will soon introduce a new feature - required approval at the campaign level for all Amplify publications. With this feature, organizations can ensure that their campaign content adheres to their standards and mitigate risks and errors by receiving necessary approvals before publishing. By requiring approval for a campaign, all Amplify publications within the campaign go through the approval process before the content is published, adding a significant level of quality and security to content. This optional setting offers a heightened level of control and alignment for organizations. Microsoft Viva, the platform on which Amplify runs, will have a General Availability release date of August CY2024, with a roadmap ID of 409233.
