Microsoft 365 admin center: New Actions feature in Experience insights (preview)

Microsoft 365 admin center: New Actions feature in Experience insights (preview)

The Microsoft 365 admin center is set to launch a new feature called "Actions," which is included in the Experience insights (preview) section. This feature allows tracking and measuring the impact of user engagement actions, and it will help admins make data-driven decisions for user engagement and satisfaction. It will measure the impact of each action and its correlation with changes in usage, NPS (Net Promoter Score), feedback, and help article views. Beginning in late July and ending in late September 2024, this feature will be rolled out to Global admin, Global reader, Reports reader, and User experience success manager roles. After the rollout, the Actions feature will be accessible by those approved admin roles. To access this feature, go to the Microsoft 365 admin home page, select Dashboard view and switch to Experience Insights (preview), then select Actions. This feature is enabled by default and is accessible to all users with appropriate permissions.
