Upgraded Viva Topics Admin experience
Viva Topics is about to receive an updated admin experience that aims to improve consistency and clarity in navigating the admin experience across the Viva suite. This update will only impact the admin experience, not the end-user experience. Admins can access the Viva Topics admin experience through the Microsoft 365 admin center via the Setup tab. They can assign licenses, set up policies, or designate Viva admin privileges to a specific individual for ongoing management of the Viva suite. As a result, there will be a more intuitive flow in configuring and managing Viva Topics in the admin center. No action is required to prepare for this update.
The rollout is set to begin in late March and is projected to be complete by late April. Admins seeking to delegate Viva admin privileges can learn more about it here.
