Good news for Microsoft 365 customers with 2000+ seats: experience insights, previously exclusive only to customers with 20,000+ seats, is now rolling out to them. Experience insights is a view in the Microsoft 365 admin center (also available as a Teams app) that gathers diverse data signals, such as Microsoft 365 apps and service usage, in-product feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and help article consumption data into one unified view that helps you understand where users may be struggling. Rollout for this update will start in early March and is expected to be fully completed by late March. In addition, a suggested training section is being rolled out into Experience insights. It provides customized product training suggestions based on help article consumption data, which you can use to prioritize and disseminate end-user training in your organization. To maintain privacy, no user-level data is exposed in these views, and only specific roles such as Global Administrator and User Experience Success Manager will have access to Experience insights.
Overall, this is a useful update that equips IT teams with insights to improve the user experience of Microsoft 365, identify new training opportunities, and more. The post Experience Insights Preview Available to Customers with 2000+ seats originally appeared on M365 Admin.
