The October 2023 Windows non-security preview update is now available
If you are using Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11 version 22H2, you now have access to an optional non-security preview update. This allows users to preview the new features before they are available for everyone. The release notes contain more information about the contents of the update. Additionally, Windows 11 now offers a preview of Copilot - a new centralized AI assistant that can help you get things done faster. Other features available in this update include a richer preview in the Start menu, desktop labels now display when moving between desktops in Task View, sliding animations for desktop changes, and Windows Backup app.
To install this update, users can follow the instructions provided in the KB listed below for their respective Windows OS:

- Windows 10, version 22H2: KB5031445
