Dynamics 365 Contact Center – Use Microsoft Teams Phone within Contact Center

We are announcing the ability to use Microsoft Teams Phone in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on July 30, 2025. How does this affect me? With this feature, environments can use their Microsoft Teams Phone system with the voice channel configuration if it is configured in the Microsoft Copilot Service admin center. Configured environments can take advantage of their Microsoft Teams phone number, emergency calling (E911) and early media support for customer service representative-initiated outbound calls.
