Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Notify Users about Hidden Content Matches in Communication Compliance
Microsoft has announced a new feature for its Communication Compliance tool in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. This feature adds a notification banner to alert investigators when keywords embedded in hidden content, such as hyperlinks or encoded strings, trigger a compliance policy match. This notification will save time and improve search efficiency, ensuring a more efficient triage experience. The feature is set to be released in November CY2024, with a preview set to be available in October CY2024. The tool is available on the web cloud instance worldwide.
