SharePoint: Custom image as Section Background

SharePoint now offers the ability to personalize the backgrounds of your sections with custom images to spruce up your page. You can customize the focal point and play around with fill mode, overlay, and opacity settings, allowing you to enhance the accessibility and clarity of your page. By offering these new design features, SharePoint empowers you to creatively design your page to be beautiful and accessible to all audiences.

This new feature is expected to enter the Targeted Release phase in April CY2024, giving users more control over the design of their SharePoint pages. The deployment is set to be on multiple platforms such as Web, Cloud Instance, and others, making it available across all platforms of SharePoint. With this customization capability, you can effectively communicate your message through captivating visuals.
