Require Background Blur (Teams Premium)

Microsoft Teams Premium users will now have granular controls for background settings including custom backgrounds, background blur, and organizational backgrounds. This can be found in the Teams Admin Center under Meeting Policies > Customization Policies > Meeting backgrounds. Enabling the "require background blur" setting will automatically blur a user's background if they do not have a background image applied. The preset organizational background option will also be available at the end of November. These updates will be rolled out between early and late October and provide admins with more control over background settings for Teams meetings.
