Feature Update: Improved Autopatch Reporting
Windows Autopatch reports are getting a significant upgrade to improve customer experience, starting on November 18th. The new updates will be generally available to all customers entitled by the end of February 2025. The improvements include expanding coverage to all Entra-joined devices in Intune tenant, reducing latency by reflecting client changes in reports after four hours instead of 48, making reports available without additional steps, and enabling Intune roles holding device configurations for viewing reports' permission. To use Autopatch reports, enable Windows diagnostic data in processor configuration before relying on the feature to work. This enhancement will help transform Autopatch reports into once-a-day appliance functioning for productivity’s sake.
