Ownerless group policy cmdlets replacement

Recently, Microsoft introduced the Ownerless Group Policy feature, covered in detail by Tony at Practical 365. Initially, during the preview, a set of Exchange Online PowerShell cmdlets were made available to get acquainted with the feature...and then they were gone.

In their place, a new set of cmdlets have been introduced to replace and improve upon the original set. For those not familiar with this feature, it allows creation of policies that aren't tied to any one user or group, taking your GPO game to the next level.
