Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Lifecycle Management – Disposition review auto-approval (U.S. Government clouds)

Microsoft has introduced a feature in its Purview compliance portal that enables automatic approval of items pending disposition if the reviewer fails to act within the specified number of days. Upon expiration, the item will be automatically advanced to the next stage of approval or be auto-approved for deletion if it's in the final stage. The feature is set to be released in June CY2023, and it will be available on the Web Cloud Instance GCC, DoD, and GCC High platforms. This is great news for U.S Government Clouds, as it will help simplify the data lifecycle management process.
