Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Lifecycle Management – Disposition review auto-approval
Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal is bringing in a new feature - automatic approval of items pending disposition if the reviewer doesn't act within a set number of days. The item will be either auto-approved for deletion or advance to the next stage of approval. This Data Lifecycle Management feature is set to release under General Availability by April 2023 via Web Cloud Platform on Worldwide Instance (Standard Multi-Tenant).
Admins will have the option to enable this feature to streamline their work and efficiently manage data in compliance with their organization's policies and regulations. This move highlights Microsoft's commitment to providing its user base with the means necessary to thrive in the world of data governance and protection.
