Adaptive Protection in Microsoft Purview: Public preview of multi-policy selection

The public preview for multi-policy selection in Adaptive Protection in Microsoft Purview is set to roll out at the end of November and will be completed by mid-December. This move allows administrators to select multiple Insider Risk Management policies to assign risk levels in Adaptive Protection. Adaptive Protection leverages signals to identify potential insider risks such as IP theft, data leakage, and security breaches. Customers can create their own policies based on their governance and organizational requirements. User-level privacy is prioritized with Insider Risk Management as users are pseudonymized by default and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place. No action is required for this update, and the Insider Risk Management solution is accessible in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
