Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Bulk import and export of domains

Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management has introduced a new feature to help admins fine-tune the detection of activities involving certain domains. This feature makes it easier for admins with the right permissions to upload or download a CSV file of unallowed, allowed, and third-party domains. The Insider Risk Management is designed to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks like IP theft, data leakage, and security violations by correlating various signals. It also allows customers to create policies to manage security and compliance while ensuring user-level privacy through built-in privacy-by-design features.

This update is set to be generally available from June CY2023 and will be available on the web cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, GCC, GCC High. By enabling admins to manage and fine-tune domain settings more efficiently, this latest feature will go a long way towards better protection against insider risks.
