Microsoft Teams: Hide attendee names in Webinars (Premium)

Microsoft Teams: Hide attendee names in Webinars (Premium)

Organizers of webinars on Microsoft Teams now have the option to hide attendee names from other attendees to protect their privacy. The names of attendees can only be seen by organizers and presenters. This feature is only available for users with the Premium version of Microsoft Teams. The feature was made available for general use in July CY2023 and is accessible via Mac and Cloud platforms.

If you are concerned about privacy during your webinars, Microsoft Teams provides a solution. By following the best practices outlined in this post, organizers can foster a safe and secure environment for attendees to share their ideas and collaborate without compromising their privacy.
