Microsoft Teams: Proactive monitoring of meeting quality using Real-time telemetry (Premium)
Microsoft Teams now offers admins proactive monitoring capabilities to identify audio, video, and app sharing related quality issues while meetings are in progress, using real-time meeting quality telemetry data available in Teams Admin Center (TAC). Admins can define monitoring parameters in TAC and will be notified of users with poor meeting quality for further investigation. The feature is available globally in the General Availability Release phase as of August CY2023 and is accessible on both web and cloud platforms, including GCC and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) instances.
