Forms PowerPoint Add-on to Enable Live Survey Experience
Microsoft Forms is introducing live presentation capabilities through their PowerPoint Add-on, which allows for sharing of forms and quizzes in online or in-person events. The live present capability can be embedded with a QR scan or short URL, enabling audiences to participate in live surveys and view real-time responses. Presenters can seamlessly integrate their surveys into their presentations without having to switch to a different browser or screen. The feature will be rolled out between late July and early August. No action is required at this time, but updating any relevant training documentation might be beneficial.
