Outlook on the web – Update locations to message compose options

Outlook on the web is undergoing changes to the location of some message-compose options. Depending on how you use the application, the formatting bar will be relocated to the top of the message compose window, similar to the common ribbon in other Microsoft apps. If you reply to a message with the "newest on top" option, the "Send", "Discard", and formatting bar will be located at the top of the compose window. This feature is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 98114 and is expected to roll out fully by mid-February. This update will make the experiences across web and both classic and new Outlook for Windows have a similar UX. The shortcut to send an email message will remain the same. Users do not need to take any action for this update, but they might want to update their documentation and help desk.
