Microsoft Viva Engage: Update on community muting for admins

Microsoft Viva Engage is set to update the community muting feature for admins, which will affect the visibility of conversations for dynamically added members in Home Feed and digest emails. Admins do not need to take any action as the rollout is automatic and will commence mid-July 2024, with users notified beforehand. After the rollout, members who were dynamically added into the community will no longer see conversations appear in their Home feed, weekly discovery email, or daily digest emails when admins mute a community. However, other users who have voluntarily joined the community will continue to see conversations appear normally. This feature is on by default and will be accessible to all users with appropriate permissions. Admins may want to notify users about the change and update documentation as needed.
