Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights employee engagement with leader communications report

Microsoft Viva has launched a new feature called the Viva Insights employee engagement with leader communications report. This report helps leaders understand how their communications are being received by employees and how engaged they are with the content, whether it be through emails, meetings, or shared files. By utilizing this report, leaders can assess the effectiveness of various communication methods within their organization and make informed decisions accordingly. The product was released on the worldwide desktop cloud instance under the General Availability release phase in July CY2024.
