Microsoft Teams: Turn notifications on or off for a post in a channel
Microsoft Teams is introducing a new feature that allows users to manage notifications for individual posts in a channel. Rollouts for this feature will begin in early July 2024 and will be completed by early August 2024, with Teams for Desktop and Mac enabled by default. Users can select the three-dot menu at the top right of a post to toggle notifications on or off, providing greater control over the volume of notifications received. The feature is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 399782 and will be available for Desktop and Mac versions of Teams. Admin action is not required before the rollout.
