Viva Engage: Answers in Communities

Microsoft Viva has a new feature called Answers, that enables users to learn from each other by asking and answering questions. With a premium license, users can leverage this feature in Viva Engage communities to access the following benefits:

• View related questions to avoid duplication and save time
• Ask questions with separate titles and details for easy navigation
• Earn badges for answering questions in communities
• Track question activity in communities with Answers Analytics and Global Answers Analytics
• Get Answers feeds and digests to expand reach and access more people

Note that this feature only applies to organizations that use Viva Engage. This update follows the Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 152480 and will be released in mid-January 2024 with completion by late March 2024. There is no action required on the part of organizations, but it is advisable to inform users of this new feature and update relevant documentation as needed.
