New Service Plans for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Viva SKUs
In preparation for the release of the new experiences for Viva Engage and Viva Answers in Microsoft Viva in early 2023, Microsoft has announced that new service plans will be made available. The release will take place from mid-December to late December, and licensed customers will see new service plans such as 'Viva Engage Communities & Communications' and 'Viva Engage Knowledge' for Viva Engage, and 'Viva Engage Knowledge' for Answers in Microsoft Viva premium experiences, while M365 / O365 customers may see 'Viva Engage Core' service plan for Viva Engage basic / free experiences. Currently, there will be no impact on organizations and users, and no action is currently required. Microsoft will roll out the availability of the new experiences in early 2023 in a phased manner. Further information regarding the roll-out timelines, what to expect and any action items will be communicated through another post closer to the release timelines.
