Microsoft Viva: Engage – Answers in Communities
Microsoft Viva brings forth a new feature called "Answers," enabling users to access information more quickly and efficiently. With this feature, community admins can activate the Answers functionality in their communities, allowing premium license holders to see relevant questions in the question publisher, earn badges for giving answers, and ask questions using titles and descriptions. The product is set for release in the targeted release phase in October of CY2023, and it will be available on Android, running on the worldwide cloud instance.
