Microsoft Viva: Answers in Viva on Mobile

Microsoft has launched the mobile version of "Answers in Viva" for both iOS and Android devices. This feature aims to bring organizational knowledge sharing to the convenience of your mobile devices. It will be available to licensed Viva Suite customers and/or licensed Viva Topics customers. Rollout will begin in late June 2023 and is expected to be completed by early July 2023. This feature will transform how organizations connect with experts, find answers, and share knowledge. With just a few taps, users can upvote important questions and responses, search and assign inquiries to appropriate experts, and oversee the quality of shared knowledge via the app's search feature. The mobile app also adds an extra layer of convenience for Knowledge Managers and Answer Admins, allowing them to easily manage the flow of information, route questions to suitable professionals, and oversee the quality of shared knowledge, all from their smartphones. Users are advised to download the latest version of the application for the best experience.
