Microsoft Teams: Digital signage on Teams Rooms on Windows
A new feature has been introduced in Microsoft Teams Rooms, known as digital signage. This feature allows users to view dynamic and relevant content on the front-of-room display of Teams Rooms devices when they are not in use. With the use of selected third-party digital signage providers and content management systems such as Appspace and XOGO, admins can configure tenant-wide and room-specific digital signage settings remotely at scale. This feature is available exclusively for Teams Rooms Pro license customers. The release date is estimated to be in August CY2024 and the feature ID is 400700.
