Microsoft Teams: Teams Panels recognized and visible in Teams Rooms Pro Management
Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management has introduced support for Teams Panels, which will now be visible under Inventory and Rooms. If a Panel shares a resource account with a Teams Room or Surface Hub, it will be listed in the Inventory for the room. Admins can access data related to the Panel's configuration settings, serial number, app version, firmware version, and health status. Additionally, they can perform functions such as remotely restarting the Panel, creating groups, recording an issue, adding rooms with Teams panels, and applying config profiles. The feature was released on November CY2023 and is available on the cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) and GCC. For more information, refer to the Microsoft Teams roadmap (ID 164490).
