Microsoft Teams: New unified view of all your teams and channels
Microsoft Teams is introducing a new unified view for all teams and channels, along with updated management pages for easier navigation and organization. This update will begin rolling out in October 2024 and will offer features enabled by default without requiring admin action. The new view will allow team owners and members to filter, search, and manage channels in their team from one page, which can also be accessed with a single click from the Your teams page. Before the rollout, team owners and members can manage individual teams and channels from the Manage team option. After the rollout, users will be able to view their teams on the new unified Your teams page. This update will affect Teams on Windows desktop, Mac desktop, and on the web, and applies to Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 411779. Overall, this update will make it easier for Microsoft Teams users to manage their teams and channels, improving the overall experience of the platform.
