Microsoft Loop – Promote Members to Owners in Loop workspaces
In an upcoming update to Loop workspaces, users will be able to promote members to become owners. This new feature is expected to roll out in mid-December 2024 and will be fully available by late January 2025. With the addition of multiple owners, end-users can now promote members to become owners in the membership user experience for shared Loop workspaces. Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 362124 is associated with this update. Thankfully, there is no action required by users to prepare for this update, as the necessary changes will roll out to tenants automatically.
This new feature will allow for more collaborative workspaces and facilitate smoother sharing of information among members. This update promises to be an exciting addition for those who rely on Loop workspaces to manage projects and share data.
