Microsoft 365 app: Microsoft Loop – Departed user content workflows for user-owned Loop workspaces

Microsoft has introduced a new feature to manage retention and deletion workflows for user-owned Loop workspaces, like Copilot Pages, in their Microsoft 365 app: Microsoft Loop. This feature is particularly useful in scenarios where users leave the organization, as it allows administrators to notify other employees or administrators to take temporary ownership of the workspace and save any important data before deletion policies take effect.

The feature is set for General Availability Release in April CY2025 and will be available worldwide on the Web Cloud Instance Platform (Standard Multi-Tenant).
