Microsoft Teams: Auto-create Microsoft Loop workspaces to share meeting content

Microsoft Teams is introducing a new feature to prompt meeting organizers of recurring meetings to create a Microsoft Loop workspace aimed at sharing and collaborating on meeting content. This feature will start rolling out mid-May 2024 and will be applicable for meetings with 3-50 invitees. After the meeting ends, organizers will be prompted to create a Loop workspace, review and confirm workspace members, and shared contents. Once confirmed, a Loop workspace will be created and the shared content will be linked in a Loop workspace for the group to collaborate on. Furthermore, as additional content is shared in subsequent meetings, the new content will be added automatically to the workspace. This new feature will make it effortless for meeting organizers to gather meeting content in a single, persistent workspace for ongoing collaboration.
Overall, this feature is perfect for frequent meetings and can increase productivity, improve collaboration, and save time. This feature will be available to meeting series with 3-50 invitees and will roll out in mid-May 2024, without any admin action required beforehand.
