Microsoft Teams: New policy for voice and face enrollment defaulting to ‘On’
Microsoft Teams is introducing a new policy that sets voice and face enrollment to default "On" to give IT admins more control over managing these features. This change also enables speaker recognition and voice isolation in meeting rooms, along with improving the quality of intelligent meeting recaps and the Copilot for meetings tool. With this update, organizations can customize their settings and tailor them to meet their specific needs. This policy is already available for desktop and cloud instances and will roll out worldwide in January CY2025. For more information on this policy, check out the Microsoft Teams roadmap.
