Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Audit – New Teams Logs for Microsoft Purview Audit Standard Users
Microsoft has announced that standard users of Purview Audit will now have access to 15 new Microsoft Teams events that were previously only available for Audit Premium licensed users, expanding access to wider cloud security activity events for Microsoft Teams. The new events for all Audit Standard users include details such as MeetingParticipantDetail, MessageSent, MessagesListed, and more, which will enable all users to generate events that enhance their data visibility. The expansion aims to increase access for a broader user base of Purview Audit, and users can take advantage of this change starting June of CY2024.
