Microsoft Defender for Office 365: IPv6 allow and block support in Tenant Allow/Block List

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 users can look forward to an enhanced tenant allow/block list that includes support for IPv6 addresses. This feature allows administrators to create and manage allow and block entries for IPv6 addresses directly within the Tenant Allow/Block List, providing greater control over network traffic. This update is now available in general availability release phase and was created on July 13, 2024. It can be accessed via web cloud platform and is available in GCC, DoD, GCC High, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) instances. The roadmap ID for this update is 406166, and more information can be found at the provided link.
