Microsoft Defender for Office 365: URL and attachment allow & block via submissions for government clouds

Microsoft Defender for Office 365: URL and attachment allow & block via submissions for government clouds

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is making it easier for customers in government cloud environments to create allow and block rules for URLs and attachments via admin email and URL submission while honoring data residency commitments. Rather than sending submissions to Microsoft, admins can create entries for emails in the Tenant allow/block list, ensuring the data remains within the customer tenant. This change is set to be available in September 2022 for platforms including Web Cloud, GCC High, DoD, and GCC. Learn more about the feature on M365 Admin.
