Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Potential high impact user experience enhancements
Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management is set to undergo some minor experience changes that will improve accessibility and provide prominent highlighting of potential high impact users. This change will enable customers to create policies based on their own organizational requirements and governances. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management uses signals to detect potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks such as security violations, data leakage, and IP theft. The changes will also include more in-depth descriptors regarding how the risk score booster is applied to the user. Users are pseudonymized by default and role-based access controls, and audit logs ensure user-level privacy. The changes are set to be released in the General Availability phase in December CY2023, with the preview date set to September CY2023.
