New Viva Pulse Service Plan Rollout
In mid-October, a new Viva Pulse service plan will be rolled out to all users with a license assignment to Viva Suite, Viva Workplace Analytics & Employee Feedback, and Viva Pulse. This new service plan will replace the old Viva Pulse service plan. As an admin, you will see the new service plan in the Microsoft Admin Center under the 'Licenses and Apps' section. If you had made any previous license assignments/un-assignments to the old Viva Pulse service plan, note that they will not be carried over to the new plan, and you will need to make any necessary updates. This change will not affect any other parts of your Viva experience or Microsoft 365 admin center. Resources are available for admins to learn more about Microsoft Viva Pulse.
