Viva Pulse availability

Viva Pulse is a new employee feedback experience that is available within the Viva Suite subscription. It allows managers and project team leaders to request feedback from their teams at any time, through research-based templates, and receive confidential feedback that can lead to immediate action to increase employee engagement and wellbeing. Customers with an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite will automatically have access to the new Viva Pulse service plan, alongside other existing Viva service plans, as the engineering team conducts a rollout mid-June thru mid-July. This update will not change your experience or impact any other parts of your Viva Suite or Microsoft 365 admin center. Organizations can configure Viva Pulse preferences specific to their needs via the Microsoft Viva Pulse admin experience. To access the service, users can utilize the Microsoft Teams app, or visit the web experience by going to Viva Pulse. It is recommended to take note of new service plan names for administrative records and update any relevant provisioning documentation, as needed.
