Microsoft Viva Insights: Delegate access to Microsoft Copilot Dashboard

Microsoft Viva Insights is introducing a new feature that allows leaders to delegate access to their Copilot Dashboard to designated individuals within their organization. Designated delegates such as a leader's chief of staff or direct reports will be granted view access to insights on the Copilot Dashboard and use them to make data-driven decisions. The new feature enables delegates to view insights while keeping the leader's personal insights private. The feature will be rolled out worldwide in late June 2024 and is associated with Roadmap ID 398976. Admins can manage access with policies, and the feature is enabled by default. Before rollout, organizations should review the impact and update their documentation accordingly. Leaders can revoke access to anybody at any time. Delegates cannot delegate access to others. Admins can disable the feature at the tenant level using Viva feature access management policies.
