The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights will become available with Copilot for Microsoft 365

The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard will soon be available to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers without extra costs or a Viva Insights license. From July 2024, users can access the dashboard via the Viva Insights app in Teams or the web app, whereas advanced features would require the Viva Insights license. Organizations with less than ten licenses will have limited dashboard views, and Microsoft 365 admins can manage user access. The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard will eventually be accessible to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers and will not require a Viva or Viva Insights license, but advanced features in Viva Insights will require them. The post explains how the Copilot Dashboard is automatically available to a limited number of leaders using Microsoft Entra ID. As roll-out starts, customers with 10 or more licenses have the ability to view detailed breakdown of usage and impact metrics, apply filters, and analyze sentiment data, while customers with less than 10 licenses can access metrics aggregated at a tenant level with limited views across Readiness, Adoption, and Impact pages.
