Microsoft Teams: Walkie Talkie Favorite Channels
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new functionality called Walkie Talkie, which makes it possible for teams to communicate instantly on a channel. This feature provides a clear and secure voice communication experience over the cloud, making it easier for team members to stay connected. With the latest update, users can now pin up to 5 favorite channels on the walkie talkie home screen, simplifying the process of switching between and listening to incoming transmissions or initiating PTT transmissions. The feature is now generally available on the iOS platform for both Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) and GCC cloud instances. It was released on August CY2023 and is identified in the roadmap by ID 99943.
