Microsoft Purview compliance portal: eDiscovery (Premium) – Enhanced support for Teams video clips
Microsoft Purview compliance portal is introducing enhanced support for Teams video clips in eDiscovery (Premium), providing eDiscovery admins with a better understanding of the context of the video clips they collect. Admins will now see video clips as separate files attached to the Teams conversation where they were shared, allowing for easier review and export of the clips as mp4 files. This enhancement will be available as a Preview Release in April CY2023, with the product release phase set for May CY2023. The platform will be available on the web cloud instance, worldwide (standard multi-tenant).
If you're an eDiscovery admin, this new feature will provide you with additional support in your collection and analysis of Teams video clips, allowing for a more seamless and accurate eDiscovery experience.
