SharePoint Promoted Results Import into Microsoft Search – retirement
Microsoft has recently announced that after July 15, 2023, the capability to directly import SharePoint Promoted Results in Microsoft Search will be retired. However, this will not impact your organization if you are not using this feature. Instead, Microsoft suggests alternative methods, such as exporting the CSV file from SharePoint and importing via the CSV bookmark import tool or exporting from SharePoint and creating API queries. It is recommended that you update your organization's training and documentation accordingly. For more information, refer to the "Manage Bookmarks" section.
