Manage File Access in Microsoft Search in Bing, Office.com, SharePoint, and Feed

Microsoft has introduced a new "Who can see this?" option in the file action menu, enabling users to view and manage file access. The feature aims to provide users with a better understanding of why certain search results show up and to provide easier management of file permissions. Users must be either owners of the file or have permission to update the file's permissions to utilise the feature. This addition will become available on file results in Microsoft Search across Bing, Office.com, SharePoint, and Feed platforms from mid-July through late August. No impact on existing workflows is expected.
