Improved RSVP Options in New Outlook | Windows & Web
In a bid to streamline the meeting invitation response process, the event's right-click context menu in the new Outlook for Windows and web is being updated. RSVP options will now be available on the first level, with separate options provided to respond to individual instances or the entire series. These changes promise to simplify how users interact with meeting invitations from the calendar surface. This update will be available to all users, with a General Availability release date set for June CY2024.
