Microsoft Teams: In-meeting Error Messaging
Microsoft Teams Meeting users can now receive direct error messaging when they encounter issues accessing meeting chats, either due to policy limitations or system failures. However, this feature is only available in the new Teams experience. The release date for this feature is expected to be in November CY2023, and it will be available worldwide on desktop and cloud instances including Standard Multi-Tenant, GCC, GCC High, and DoD. This update provides more transparency and better communication to users in ensuring that they understand the reasons for such errors. This development is roadmap ID 167211.
