Microsoft Teams: Live Share support for Chat, Channel, and Collaborative Stageview tab applications
Microsoft Teams is getting an update that allows Live Share for building collaborative experiences for Chat, Channel, and Collaborative Stageview tabs. Previously, this was limited to Meeting Stage and Side Panel tabs. Live Share includes various real-time collaborative features such as co-watching, co-editing, and co-creating content. The new update allows all applications enabled in your tenant using the existing Live Share permission to be eligible for this feature. The update is targeted for release in May CY2024, and it will be available on desktop and web platforms for Mac cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) and GCC.
