Introducing Meeting Prep for Financial Services (Preview)

Investment bankers can now streamline their meeting preparation with the newly launched Meeting Prep for Financial Services app by Microsoft. The app, available for preview, integrates data from various sources and leverages AI insights to centralize and organize all necessary information to help bankers prepare for meetings more efficiently. The app offers comprehensive reports with details on trending topics, financial metrics, competitor analysis, and management information. Meeting Prep for Financial Services is available through Microsoft 365 E3/Business Basic licensing and LSEG Workspace. The app is available now for preview, with general availability expected to roll out globally by mid-December 2024.

Meeting Prep for Financial Services aims to provide transparency and responsible AI by offering users access to feedback and transparent sources for all AI-generated features. To use the app, meeting attendees can open a pre-scheduled meeting in Teams and add Meeting Prep from the Teams App marketplace. They can then select the company and data categories they wish to include, generate a report, and access AI-generated summaries and insights. To use content from the data provider seamlessly, users require a valid LSEG Workspace license. Additionally, there are licensing requirements necessary to access Meeting Prep: Microsoft 365 E3 and above or Microsoft 365 Business basic and above with Teams.
